(1489-1548) Itagaki Nobukata was very important to the Takeda family, and was second in command to Shingen's father. He offered invaluable advice to the young lord Shingen when he took over, and helped him through many battles in the South of Shinano. In 1547, Itagaki died at the battle of Uedahara.
