Liu Bei was once a simple shoe salesman but was destined for greatness. He later created the Shu Han dynasty. Although he excelled in many things, his incredible charm and leadership made many generals willing to follow him to the end.

Cao Cao was Han's final prime minister. He led a failed assassination attempt of Dun Chao, and soon raised his own army in an effort to restore the Han dynasty. Not long after, Cao Cao took power from the emperor himself, and continued to defeat many other warlords of the period.

Cao Cao could have been the greatest prime minister of the Han dynasty, but his own ambitions and hunger for power were too great during the chaos of war.
