PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, all payments will be made through PayPal.

PRE-ORDER CHARGES

Pre-order will be charged at time of order, not time of shipment. We will ship pre-order items as soon as the product is released.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Ordered items will be shipped within 7 working days after your order is received. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please be patient in the case of delay. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Magitech regrets that we can not offer refund of purchased product at this time. Please check system requirements and try out the demo version (where available) of the game before purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace the product at our expense. In the case that you received damaged or defective product, you must report to us within 7 days of the date you received the item.
