a character’s and his or her division’s ability to fight on land
Naval
a character’s and his or her division’s ability to fight on water
Leadership
affects the morale of soldiers in battle
Political
affects the efficiency of the government to handle affairs (applies to government officials only)

Interpersonal

Achievements
a character’s contribution to the nation / ruler (the greater a character’s achievements, the more popularity they demand)
Popularity
the characters perceived achievements by others (this affects a character’s influence over other characters)
Satisfaction
a character’s general level of happiness (when satisfaction is low, loyalty will drop accordingly)
Loyalty
degree of loyalty to nation / ruler (when very low the character may rebel)

Personality

Ambition
affects the character’s expectation of rewards and popularity
Confidence
contributes to a character’s level of aggression (characters are more reserved when level of confidence is low)
Charm
increases a character’s popularity and their ability to corrupt others
Honour
determines how a character responds when he or she is unhappy. When a character’s levels of satisfaction and honour are both low, his or her loyalty will drop quickly, the character may eventually betray his leaders. A character with high honour will lose loyalty more slowly, even if his or her level of satisfaction is low. A character with an honour score that is really high will resign rather than betray his leader.
Openness
a character’s willingness to adopt different philosophies
Intelligence
a character’s ability to negotiate (also determines the maximum level of governing skills the character can achieve)
